As a chophouse, the classic menu is full of favourites like pan-roasted beef tenderloin fillet with a shallot, porcini and Madeira wine reduction; and rack of lamb with cracked pepper and prune sauce. ?The portion size is more than satisfying, very few people finish the whole rack of lamb,? she said. The innovation of chef Roddy Fenner and his team along with the bounty of the Niagara region also come together at dinner time to form the Market Menu.
